The Library sets up at conventions, book shows, schools, and events at public libraries. The Library requires a minimum 1000 sq ft area that is able to be secured when closed (i.e. locked).
CONVENTIONS/BOOK FESTIVALS:
Generally the Library charges the below for 3-day convention appearances:
- $500 appearance fee
- Hotel accommodations in the host hotel for 3 nights, 2 rooms with 2 beds apiece
- Up to 10 badges for library staff
- Vendor space for fundraising
Most of our appearance requirements are negotiable, and we can tailor our appearance to fit the needs and capabilities of your event.
PANELS:
If you desire just panel programming for your event, we can accommodate that as well! We have 5 panels to choose from and pricing varies. These panels can be in person or virtual, depending on the needs of your event. Use the contact form below to inquire further.

SCHOOL VISITS:
Our Head Librarian can visit your school and give talks about book recommendations for your students! These visits can be in person or virtual.
Virtual programming starts at $100 per talk.
In-Person visits must be scheduled at least 2 months in advance and may require travel fees.
