The Library sets up at conventions, book shows, schools, and events at public libraries.

Generally the Library charges the below for convention appearances:

  • $500 appearance fee
  • Hotel accommodations in the host hotel for 3 nights, 2 rooms with 2 beds apiece
  • Up to 10 badges for library staff

 
Most of our appearance requirements are negotiable, and we can tailor our appearance to fit the needs and capabilities of your event.
